Dear members, founding members, friends, and all who are interested in KYKLOS PAROS,

We warmly invite you to the General Assembly 2026, which will take place on:

The General Assembly is an important moment for our Association. We will review the work of the past period, discuss the future programme and finances, and elect the new Board of Directors and the Audit Committee.

The General Assembly will include:

• Administration of KYKLOS PAROS for 2024-2026
• Election rules
• Duties of the Board of Directors and Audit Committee
• Audit Report 2024
• Review of the Society’s activities 2024/25
• Discussion of future programmes and priorities
• Financial reports and financial discussion
• Election of the new Board of Directors
• Election of the new Audit Committee
• Nomination and approval of honorary members

Members who wish to stand for election will have the opportunity to briefly present themselves and explain how they would like to contribute to KYKLOS PAROS.

Participation, Membership and Voting

All regular members may participate and vote, provided that their annual membership fee has been paid before the beginning of the meeting.

We also warmly invite friends and anyone interested in KYKLOS PAROS to attend, become members during the General Assembly, and take part in the life of the Association.

If you wish to pay your annual fee on the day of the General Assembly you are kindly asked to arrive a little earlier, so that payment can be completed before the meeting starts. Payment can be made in cash on site.
